Submission of a loan application through BuketMoney does not guarantee approval. We will use reasonable efforts to connect your application with suitable lending partners, but we make no warranty or representation regarding the outcome. Interest rates and loan terms displayed are indicative and subject to change based on the lender's assessment of your creditworthiness and prevailing market conditions.

6. Fees & Charges

BuketMoney may receive a referral fee or commission from lending partners upon successful disbursement of a loan. This does not affect the terms or rates offered to you. Any processing fees, pre-payment charges, or other levies are charged by the respective lending institution and are disclosed to you before acceptance of the loan offer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of BuketMoney or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
